Jury Comments: The original building stands as a monument to head-office buildings that seem to line the sides of the freeway, and around airport arterial roads, throughout North America – but now we know new life can be breathed into these inhabited pillars of power...As a poster-child for the decline of North American Cities, Buffalo’s image is enhanced by projects like this that promotes residential reintegration into Downtown.
