POSITION SUMMARY

Develop and execute Bergmann Associates' strategies surrounding recruiting, hiring and branding Bergmann Associates as a great place to work. Develop and oversee the evolution of Bergmann Associates' Professional Development programs. Support the development of employee engagement systems and collaborate to monitor, manage and improve the work environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Four year degree in personnel management or related area of expertise. Minimum 7 years experience as a Lead Recruiter in the A/E or construction industry. Experience in the creation and administration of profession development systems ad with aligning training with organizational needs. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and influence leaders and managers. Highly collaborative abd supportive leadership skills. Customer service mentality and genuiely interested in helping others. Strong oral and written communication and skills. Work outside of normal business hours and overtime are required on occasion. Ability to travel on limited basis required.
